I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped tea and coffee facilities, which allowed me to enjoy a relaxing morning while taking in the stunning view from the balcony overlooking the mountains and Ram lake. The staff's attentiveness was remarkable, as they promptly helped me locate my lost ID card, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The functional design of the space, coupled with the presence of a cozy sitting area and patio garden furniture, made for a truly enjoyable atmosphere.
